Dr. Shelaby is a Professor of Agricultural Economics at Fayoum University and a Co-Founder of CoreVision Consulting. With over 20 years of experience leading large-scale, donor-funded projects across Egypt, he brings a combination of academic rigor and hands-on implementation expertise to the firm.
Throughout his career, Dr. Shelaby has worked with premier international development organizations, including the Unted States Agency for International Development USAID, the European Union, the International Fund for Agricultural Development IFAD, the African Development Bank ABfD, the German Technical Cooperation GIZ, and the International Labor Organization ILO. He has consistently been selected as Team Lead for complex value chain analyses, socio-economic studies, and market systems development assignments.

Mr. Lotfy is a seasoned finance and access-to-finance expert with over 25 years of experience across Egypt's banking, microfinance, and enterprise development sectors. He brings deep expertise in connecting businesses—particularly SMEs, agribusinesses, and producer organizations—with the capital and financial tools they need to grow sustainably.
Throughout his distinguished career, Abdelwahab has worked with leading international development partners, including USAID, the African Development Bank (AfDB) , UNDP, UNHCR, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) , the International Finance Corporation (IFC) , GIZ, and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) . He has also served as Chairman Advisor for the Implementation of Nasser Social Bank's Restructuring Strategy (AfDB-funded) and as Project Manager for the bank's multi-year restructuring initiative.
Dr. Galal is a distinguished food safety, quality management, and regulatory compliance expert with over 25 years of experience across Egypt's food and agricultural industries. He brings an exceptional combination of technical depth, international accreditation knowledge, and hands-on implementation expertise that significantly strengthens CoreVision's ability to deliver world-class quality and food safety solutions.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Galal has worked with leading international organizations, including USAID, the International Labor Organization (ILO) , UNIDO, FAO, GIZ, the European Union, and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) . He currently serves as Food Safety & Nutrition Manager at Abt Associates on the USAID-funded "Feed the Future Egypt Rural Agribusiness Strengthening Project (ERAS)" — Egypt's largest agricultural development initiative.
